Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund unless the item was a special order product sourced at your request. We'll also look to refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error your you have received an incorrect or defective item if assessed so.
IMPORTANT.. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return prior to returning. At this time you will also be provided with courier delivery instructions.
Shipping
We do not ship products outside New Zealand unless it is under very special prearranged conditions.
This site operates on a fixed shipping rate of $20nzd per order to addresses within New Zealand, we understand that some small items may be more suitable in a smaller less expensive courier bag so we urge you to contact us first before ordering online if this is of concern otherwise the flat rate charge will be applied.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
