Slotted pillar vane rotors are engineered to provide superior strength, reduce rotor weight, and run cooler. At the heart of the pillar vane rotor, each pillar is diamond shaped and precisely positioned to optimize pad surface support thereby eliminating rotor cupping. Each rotor has been manufactured using premium grade alloys for superb thermal shock stability, double disked ground to ensure precise flatness, slotted to eliminate brake gassing between the rotor and pad surface to eliminate pad tapper and improve surface contact between the rotor and pad, and is rotationally balanced to reduce vibration and improve traction.
